This policy explains what VANDR LLC ("VANDR", "we") does with information you share through vandrgbl.com and with the business accounts our clients give us access to.

Visiting this website

This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes basic technical data such as your IP address to deliver the pages and protect the site from attacks.

Contacting us

When you email or call us, or send a message through the form on this website, we receive your name, contact details and whatever you tell us. Form messages are delivered to our inbox by our email provider, Resend. We use what you send only to answer you and, if you become a client, to provide our services. We do not sell it or share it with anyone for marketing.

Client accounts

When a business hires us, it may give us access to accounts such as its Google Business Profile or social media accounts. We use that access only to manage that business's own accounts, at its request. We do not sell or share data from those accounts, and the business can remove our access at any time.

Keeping and deleting information

We keep information only as long as we need it to answer you or to serve a client, and as long as the law requires. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it deleted, email agency@vandrgbl.com or call (631) 885-2267.
